A bit of studio maintenance today. Two points of note.
1. Some of my Kontakt libraries didn't load their custom UI properly. After much gnashig of teeth I found a solution. Open up said instrument. Click on the little graphic spanner in the instrument. Click on Instrument Options. On the Instrument tab there should be a directory called Resource Container. Take a note of this directory. Now run the installer of the library in question again and when asked for the Native Instrument Kontakt directory use this one. It seems any pictures for a library custom UI needt to be installed here!
2. When using the excellent Transistor Revolution II from Wave Alchemy inside Kontakt inside Ableton Live 9.1.1. I was getting nasty glitching and UI issues. I would change one control and it would change all controls on the mixer. Eventually I tracked down the issue. I had multi core enabled in Ableton Live and also inside Kontakt. I disabled multi core in Kontakt and this solved the issue.
